Stephanie Barnes


I have been practicing yoga in various forms, from gentle to hot power vinyasa, since the late 90s. I obtained my RYT200 at Manipura Power Yoga in 2023.

I approach my yoga practice with a focus on form, breath, patience, and non-judgment of self, reflecting these principles in my teaching to others, by meticulously structuring postures from the inside out and from the bottom up.

In my classes, I integrate the mind and body to offer a holistic yoga experience that strengthens, opens energy pathways, fosters flexibility, and instills both self-trust and confidence in practitioners. Through my own journey with yoga, I believe that yoga, in its many forms, serves as a pathway back to the self, offering a journey of self-discovery, inner alignment, strength, and empowerment through the healing of the body and mind.
