Michelle Colucci


What started as a way to get out of my head became a passion and then a practice. I have been practicing yoga regularly since 2011 and I received my RYT200 in 2014. I teach power vinyasa with a focus on alignment and breath. My classes feel like a dance, as we flow from one pose to the next with grace and ease. My connection to the practice is deep and I would not be who I am today without it. When I am not teaching yoga, I teach kindergarten in Brookfield.
