Beth Hornbeck


I received my RYT200 at Buddhi Mat Power Yoga Studio in 2014. Through my training, I learned how to start living yoga and this is the concept that I share through my teaching, guiding students to discover what they can learn about themselves during their practice and bringing it into their everyday lives.  My teaching style ranges from power vinyasa, gentle slow flow to yin and restorative yoga. I teach to all levels and I believe that yoga can be practiced by everyone, using breath as the foundation, connecting to self from the inside out.
