With a background in gymnastics, I emphasize alignment, body awareness, and functional strength. As a new mom, I value sustainable movement that supports the body through every season of life.
Having used yoga in my own injury recovery, I focus on safe, intentional movement and long-term joint health. I create supportive classes where students can challenge themselves while moving with awareness, breath, and respect for their bodies.
